The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or size).
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., software, eBooks).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Clearance or final-sale items marked “non-refundable.”
2. How to Initiate a Return

Photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective).

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing depends on your bank/payment provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
